2. Personal data we process

We process exclusively the email address you voluntarily provide via the waitlist form for the Glass Wave product.

We do not request or process any other personal data (name, phone number, address, payment information).

3. Purpose of processing

We process your email address for the following purposes:

Availability notification — alerting you when the Glass Wave product becomes available for order
Marketing communication — sending news and updates about Glass Wave, including information about development, launch, and further updates after the product goes to market

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing is your freely given and informed consent provided when completing the form, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Consent is voluntary. Withholding consent has no negative consequences.

Your email address is stored and processed through the Ecomail platform (Ecomail.cz s.r.o., based in the Czech Republic). Ecomail is our email marketing processor and is bound by a data processing agreement.

Your data is not shared with any other third parties.

6. Retention period

We retain your email address for the duration of your consent — that is, until it is withdrawn.

After withdrawal of consent, your data will be permanently deleted.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right of access — the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process your personal data, and if so, to receive a copy
Right to erasure — the right to request deletion of your personal data
Right to data portability — the right to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format
Right to withdraw consent — consent may be withdrawn at any time without negative consequences; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal
